HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Purchasing from Nick Tentis is simple,
If you know what you are looking for, use the CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES and GIFTS links. You can also shop by using the search feature located at the bottom of the screen or by clicking the magnifying glass in the top right section of the site.
Once you have found an item, simply select your size, quantity and use the 'ADD TO CART' button below.
Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the shopping cart link icon at the top right of the page. You can update orders that you have added to or removed from your checkout overview by clicking the 'UPDATE' button. Use the 'REMOVE' link to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You don't need an account to complete a purchase. However, by registering with us you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits: through your Nick Tentis account:

Save your address and card details for faster shopping
Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgot Your Password' instructions on the 'Customer Login' page. Once you have entered your details, we will send you an email to reset your password.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We suggest to you choose to pay with SagePay or PayPal. When selecting either option at the checkout, you will be directed to the SagePay or PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
At Nick Tentis, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Datacash Ltd. In order for higher safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
HOW DO I CHANGE CURRENCY?
If you are shipping to Europe, your order will be charged in Euros. For all other destinations you will be billed in British Pounds.
If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Sterling or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
To change currency, simply change the country by selecting the country icon on the top header of the website and select from
the list of currencies.
HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAX AND DUTIES?
By default, product prices are UK VAT inclusive until you proceed to purchase your order. Taxes and duties are then calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised at the bottom of the Order Summary page. Please note that UK VAT will only be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.
DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Nick Tentis to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?
Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order, or as a Nick Tentis Gift Voucher. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your items are faulty, or your order is cancelled under the ICASRs.
All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. If Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Nick Tentis is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details.
